Largo Town Center North & South Garage Rehabilitation Project

Update: The project has moved to Phase II

Metro has begun a rehabilitation project at the Park & Ride North & South Garages at Largo Town Center Metrorail Station that is estimated to last approximately 2½ years.

• Phase I: The project began November 18 and will take up to 250 daily parking spaces in the north garage each day for approximately 13 months.
  
• Phase II: Immediately following the completion of the north garage rehabilitation, the south garage will begin, with up to 250 parking spaces unavailable for use each day while the project is underway. This phase is estimated to last approximately 17 months.

The Largo Town Center garages fill up very quickly.

Customers are strongly encouraged to consider other options, including the parking facilities at Addison Road or Landover Metrorail stations.
