Temporary Detour: 2017 Pike's Peek 10k Race, April 23

Routes Affected: Q1 and Q5

Routes Q1 and Q5 will detour due to the annual Kaiser Permanente Pike’s Peek 10k Race and Fun Run. Buses will not serve Shady Grove Metrorail station during this time.

DETOURS

Q1 Veirs Mill Rd northbound toward Shady Grove
Q5 Veirs Mill Rd northbound toward Shady Grove

Buses begin detouring along Hungerford Dr, to end service on Frederick Rd at College Pkwy.

Q1 Veirs Mill Road southbound toward Silver Spring
Q5 Veirs Mill Road southbound toward Wheaton

Buses begin service on Frederick Rd at Redland Rd, to resume regular route along Frederick Rd.
