Temporary Stop Relocation and Stop Closure: Streetscape Project on 14th St NW

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) streetscape project is underway along 14th St NW in the District of Columbia. Stops were temporarily relocated or discontinued due to the ongoing construction project, affecting routes 52, 54 and 59. 

The following stop will be permanently closed:

• 14th St & Q St NW, northbound (stop ID # 1001506)

• 14th St & T St NW, northbound (stop ID #1001631)
• 14th & R St NW, southbound (stop ID #1001566)

The following stops have already been relocated:

• 14th St & U St NW, northbound (stop ID #1001702)- 1900 block of 14th Street, south of U Street
  • Note: Effective Monday, August 12 through Friday, August 16, this stop will move to another temporary location on the next block north of U St in front of 2015 14th St. At the end of the week, the stop will be moved back to its temporary location at the 1900 block in front of Soul Cycle.
     
• 14th St & U St NW, southbound (stop ID #1001696)- 1900 block of 14th Street, south of U Street

• 14th St & N St NW, northbound (stop ID #1001362)
  • Note: Effective Monday, August 5th, this stop will relocate back to it's permanent location in front of Luther Place Memorial Church. 

• 14th St & N St NW, southbound (stop ID #1001360)
  • Note: Effective Monday, August 5th, this stop will relocate back to it's permanent location in front of Andover House.
