Routes Affected: 10N, 23A, 23B and Metroway

Due to construction at Crystal City, bus bay assignments will temporarily change. Buses will relocate due to a building construction project.  Bus bays A, B, C and D will be closed, and buses will serve bus bays F, G and H only.
