Due to overnight construction, buses will begin to detour from 7:00pm-6:00am, beginning May 8 until June 9. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

Street Closures:

• 4th St SW & Independence Ave

The following routes will detour:

P6 Anacostia-Eckington northbound to Rhode Island Avenue Station

• Buses begin detouring on 4th St SW at Independence Ave, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave NW at Constitution Ave.

P6 Anacostia-Eckington southbound to Anacostia Station

• Regular route. No detour.
