Metro is offering consideration of presumptive MetroAccess eligibility for customers impacted by this summer's Platform Improvement Project

Presumptive MetroAccess eligibility for the BL/YL summer shutdown means that customers with a disability; who travel to or from one of the impacted stations; and whose ability to access services at one of the stations as a result of his/her disability, will be provided an on-site visual assessment by Metro staff and granted temporary MetroAccess eligibility throughout the duration of the BL/YL summer shutdown.

MetroAccess Eligibility staff will be conducting visual assessment at the Pentagon station and the Crystal City station from 7:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

Pentagon Station
Tuesday, July 9th  
Wednesday, July 10th
Thursday, July 11th

Crystal City Station
Friday, July 12th
Monday, July 15th

If you feel you need MetroAccess service, for at least some trips during the BL/YL summer shutdown, and you cannot make it to the Pentagon station or the Crystal City station during the days and times listed, please call Metro at 202-962-2686 to schedule an appointment.
