5:00 a.m. Due to continuing incident investigation outside Farragut West, Orange, Silver and Blue line trains were single tracked between Farragut West and McPherson Square until approximately 6:30 a.m. Customers experienced delays up to 20 minutes.

6:35 a.m. A Franconia-Springfield-bound Blue Line train at Van Dorn Street was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.
