82.2% arrived within 5 min of expected time.
194 customers received credits for trips taking 15 minutes or more than expected.

*Rush Hour Promise qualifying trips include Red Line (NoMa-Gallaudet to Shady Grove only), Yellow and Green lines. Trips on other lines/segments do not qualify due to major track work on the Red, Orange, Silver and Blue lines.

5:47 a.m. A Glenmont-bound Red Line train at Metro Center was delayed 5 minutes due to a signal problem.

9:34 a.m. A Greenbelt-bound Yellow Line train at King St-Old Town was offloaded due to an equipment problem. Passengers experienced a 6-minute delay.

12:00 p.m. A Shady Grove-bound Red Line train at NoMa-Gallaudet U was delayed 5 minutes due to an operational problem.

12:33 p.m. A Glenmont-bound Red Line train at Bethesda was delayed 5 minutes due to an operational problem.

3:20 p.m. A Largo Town Center-bound Blue Line train at Franconia-Springfield was delayed 8 minutes due to an equipment problem.
