5:20 a.m. A New Carrollton-bound Orange Line train at Vienna was delayed 5 minutes due to a medical emergency.
5:30 a.m. Orange, Silver and Blue line passengers experienced delays up to 5 minutes through rush hour due to train congestion resulting from speed restrictions between McPherson Square and Rosslyn.
6:28 a.m. A Largo Town Center-bound Blue Line train at Franconia-Springfield was delayed 6 minutes due to a brake problem.
