5:13 a.m. An inbound Yellow Line train was held 5 minutes at Crystal City due to late station opening.

8:11 a.m. An inbound Red Line train was delayed 5 minutes at Bethesda due to a door problem.

8:19 a.m. A Shady Grove-bound Red Line train was taken out of service at Gallery Place due to a mechanical problem. Customers experienced a 6-minute delay.

8:39 a.m. An inbound Blue Line train at Foggy Bottom was taken out of service due to a mechanical problem. Customers experienced an 8-minute delay.

9:12 a.m. An outbound Orange Line train at Ballston was delayed 5 minutes due to a switch problem.

2:47 p.m. An inbound Orange Line train at Vienna did not operate, resulting in an 8-minute gap in service.

3:14 p.m. An inbound Blue Line train at King Street did not operate, resulting in a 4-minute gap in service.

3:32 p.m. An inbound Blue Line train at Arlington Cemetery was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

4:03 p.m. an outbound Blue Line train at Capitol Heights was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

4:49 p.m. An inbound Blue Line train at Arlington Cemetery was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

4:54 p.m. An inbound Orange Line train at New Carrollton did not operate, resulting in a 4-minute gap in service.

5:43 p.m. An outbound Orange Line train at Foggy Bottom was taken out of service due to a brake problem. Customers experienced a 12-minute delay. An inbound Blue Line train was delayed 7 minutes behind the Orange Line train.

6:27 p.m. An outbound Red Line train at Tenleytown was taken out of service due to a door problem. Customers experienced a 3-minute delay.

6:46 p.m. An inbound Red Line train at Grosvenor did not operate, resulting in a 4-minute gap in service.
