Parking Preventive Maintenance Program

Overview

The Parking Preventive Maintenance Program is a regular maintenance schedule for Metro’s parking facilities located across the Metro system. The program ensures that parking facilities will receive regular preventive maintenance to reduce premature deterioration of parking facilities due to water, chemical and environmental elements, thus extending the life of Metro parking facilities. The parking maintenance program reinforces Metro’s commitment to providing customers with safe, reliable and affordable transit opportunities in the region.

  • Facilities are operational, safe and secure for customer use
  • Customers and personal vehicles are safe and protected
  • Parking facilities are equipped for long-term use
