In 2007, The Donohoe Companies entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to purchase 0.13 acres of property around the Navy Yard Metro Station (Green Line) entrance, as part of a land assemblage.  The Donohoe Companies is developing a 324-unit residential building with 10,700 square feet of ground-floor retail.  The site includes one of the Metro station's entrances with escalators and an elevator.  Construction began in 2014 and the project is anticipated to be completed in early 2017.
