The DCUCP consist of a one-stop certification program for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) and the Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). The DCUCP represents the first step towards complying with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) efforts to streamline the certification process for applicants seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification.

The DCUCP Directory serves as a source of reference for companies certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)/Small Business Enterprise (SBE)/Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Small Business Program (SBP)/Micro-Business Program (MBP)  firms.
