MetroAccess service will be suspended as of 4 p.m. Monday and all day Tuesday due to winter storm

Due to the weather forecast and expected road conditions, all MetroAccess paratransit service for customers with disabilities will be suspended as of 4 p.m. Monday, March 13, and all day Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Service will be restored when it is safe to do so; however a time for service restoration is not yet known. 

The MetroAccess call center is in the process of contacting affected customers to reschedule trips as needed. Customers can stay updated by signing up for MetroAlerts for MetroAccess.

Metrobus service changes for Monday night and Tuesday are possible and will be announced based on weather conditions and forecast. All Metro customers are encouraged to sign up for MetroAlerts email and text messages to receive this information directly.
