MEDIA ADVISORY: Metro employees ‘Fill a Bus’ with food donations to deliver to the Capital Area Food Bank on National Day of Service

Metro General Manager and Chief Executive Officer Paul J. Wiedefeld will be joined by more than 100 Metro employees to deliver a Metrobus full of food – donated by Metro employees – to the Capital Area Food Bank. Metro volunteers will help weigh, sort, and bag food that has been donated at Metro work locations since mid-December, giving back to the community they serve.
