Metro Economic Stimulus Program

Metro is receiving nearly $202 million from the federal government to fund American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects. Metro has identified 30 projects that are focused on boosting the local and national economy by creating jobs and building a stronger regional transit system. All of the projects are linked to Metro's strategic goals of delivering quality service, improving reliability, using resources wisely and ensuring safety.
