Daylight Saving Time and Metrorail closing time
Daylight-saving time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 10. At that time, all clocks are moved ahead one hour. When that happens, it will become 3 a.m. EDT, and the Metrorail system will close.
Customers should expect the last trains of the evening to move through stations between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. EST.
The Metrorail system is open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
