Unexpected Service Disruptions:

6:30 a.m. A Green Line train at Greenbelt was not put in service because no train was available.

6:45 a.m. A Red Line train at Silver Spring in the direction of Shady Grove was delayed because of a mechanical problem.

7:04 a.m. A Blue Line train in the direction of Largo Town Center did not service Morgan Boulevard in order to maintain the schedule.

7:18 a.m. An Orange Line in the direction of Vienna did not service Dunn Loring in order to maintain the schedule.

7:44 a.m. An Orange Line train in the direction New Carrollton did not service Virginia Square in order to maintain the schedule.

7:52 a.m. A Blue Line train at Metro Center in the direction of Franconia-Springfield was taken out of service because of a mechanical problem, and customers were required to exit the train.

8:26 a.m. A Blue Line train in the direction of Franconia-Springfield did not service Arlington Cemetery in order to maintain the schedule.

9:05 a.m. A Yellow Line train at Mt. Vernon Square in the direction of Huntington was not put in service because of a door problem

2:29 p.m. An Orange Line train at Federal Center SW was delayed because of train ahead used for training that experienced a mechanical problem.

3:31 p.m. A Red Line train at Silver Spring in the direction Glenmont was taken out of service because of a mechanical problem, and customers were required to exit the train.

3:33 p.m. A Red Line train at Glenmont was delayed because of a mechanical problem on the track.

3:50 p.m. A Blue Line train at Addison Road in the direction of Largo Town Center was taken out of service because of mechanical problem, and customers were required to exit the train.

4 p.m. A Blue Line train at Largo Town Center was not put in service because no train was available.

4:34 p.m. An Orange Line train at Dunn Loring in the direction of Vienna overran the platform but was able to service the station.

5:14 p.m. A Red Line train at Woodley Park in the direction of Glenmont overran the platform and was taken out of service. Customers were required to the exit the train and the train was put back in service at Metro Center.

7:09 p.m. A Red Line train at Tenleytown in the direction of Glenmont was taken out of service because of a mechanical problem, and customers were required to exit the train.

7:25 p.m. A Red Line train at Judiciary Square in the direction of Shady Grove was taken out of service because of a mechanical problem, and customers were required to exit the train. An additional train was put in service at Medical Center.

10:36 p.m. A Blue Line train at Benning Road in the direction of Franconia-Springfield was delayed because of a door problem.
