Unexpected Service Disruptions:

08:59 a.m. A Yellow Line train at Crystal City In the direction of Fort Totten was taken out of service due to a brake problem. Customers were required to exit the train.

10:13 a.m. A Red Line Train at Metro Center In the direction of Glenmont was delayed due to a report of smoke. Nothing found, service resumed.

04:20 p.m. A Blue Line train at Van Dorn In the direction of Franconia Springfield was delayed due to a sick passenger. Customer declined medical attention and service resumed.

06:45 p.m. An Orange Line train at Eastern Market In the direction of Vienna was delayed while the operator turned the interior lights back on resulting from kids playing in the tail car.

11:58 p.m. An Orange Line train at Court House In the direction of Vienna was delayed due to no relief operator available.
