Welcome to MetroAccess
MetroAccess is a shared ride, curb-to-curb paratransit service for people who cannot use public transportation due to a disability. To qualify for MetroAccess service, you must complete our application (certified by a health care professional) and participate in a functional assessment to determine which Metro services will best meet your transportation needs.

NEW: CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT
On February 8, 2008 Judge Kennedy of the U.S. District Court gave preliminary approval to a settlement which will affect all past, present and future MetroAccess customers. A copy of the entire settlement package is being mailed to all current MetroAccess customers to their last known addresses. A summary of the Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement and the full text of the Class Action Settlement and attachments are available by clicking here. MetroAccess customer service representatives are available during all MetroAccess operating hours. Call 301-562-5360, press 2 for trip status and then press 2 to speak to a customer service representative.
