"Metro Lunchtalk Online" sessions are your chance to post questions and comments directly to Metro guests.
Our guests will attempt to answer as many questions as possible during each one-hour Lunchtalk Online session. Time will usually not permit guests to answer all questions. When this is true, guests will attempt to answer the most frequently asked questions.
Also, please note that this forum is not the place to submit specific customer service inquiries or comments like reporting a late bus, commending an operator, requesting service information, etc. For such matters, please see our Contact us page to properly address your question or concern.
Registering to post
With the new software now in use, there is no need to register. And, in accordance with our online privacy policy, we collect no personally identifiable information about visitors who read or post questions or comments in LunchTalk.
Posting messages
You can post messages in coming sessions and live during each one-hour session. Replies to questions and comments posted in advance of “Lunchtalk Online” sessions will not be posted until during the session itself.
Please note that generally more questions are received than can be answered in the time allotted. When this occurs, Metro guests answer those questions deemed to be of broadest interest to our audience.
Note that you cannot post questions to past sessions. At the end of each session, the guest or moderator will post a message announcing the end of that session and will disable further posts.
If a given “Lunchtalk Online” session is devoted to a specific topic, please limit your questions or comments to that topic.
