Metro strives to bring customers a better bus experience by continuously adjusting bus routes based on input from customers, an analysis of on-time performance, ridership data, corridor studies and cost efficiency in order to deliver a better bus experience for our passengers.
Metro implements service changes four times each year. The next service change is scheduled for December 13, 2015. See the service change details.

State of Good Operations
Thank you for your feedback on our recent State of Good Operations review. Public comments on the proposed bus route changes have been received, are being reviewed and will be presented to Metro's Board of Directors in November.
