or by calling our Customer Service Information line at 202/637-7000.
In addition, Customer Service can provide bus schedules and information
on which buses are accessible.
The Trip Planner
The Trip Planner on our Web site allows customers to enter an address,
intersection or landmark in the capital region and receive directions
on which Metro route to take to get there. That includes travel
by bus, rail or a combination of the two. A voice operated telephone
