Free Ride and Bus/Rail Orientation Programs

MetroAccess customers with a valid MetroAccess photo ID card can ride free of charge on Metrobus, Metrorail, DC Circulator, Montgomery County Ride On, City of Falls Church GEORGE, Fairfax Connector, Prince George's County TheBus, and the City of Fairfax CUE. In addition, each customer may bring one companion, free of charge. For more information, contact the Office of MetroAccess Service at 301-562-4640.

We offer free individual or group Metro system orientations to help senior citizens and people with disabilities learn how to use Metrobus and Metrorail. Orientations include trip planning assistance and highlight bus and rail accessibility and safety features.
