Commemorative Obama SmarTrip® cards on sale at 21 CVS/pharmacy stores
Customers can purchase cards for $10 each

Metro’s commemorative Barack Obama Inauguration SmarTrip® cards are now available for purchase at 21 CVS/pharmacy stores throughout the Washington region.

Customers can purchase the cards for $10 each without fare value at the following CVS/pharmacy locations:

Commemorative SmarTrip® cards also are available for purchase from Metro’s Web site and at Metro sales offices located at Metro Center, the Pentagon and Metro’s headquarters building at 600 5th Street, NW. The commemorative SmarTrip® card can be purchased for $10 each without fare value, or for $20, which includes $10 fare value loaded onto the card.

Metro offers special e-alerts, dedicated to the Inauguration. Individuals are encouraged to sign up at http://www.wmata.com/inauguration. E-alerts will be issued when Metro has news relating to service throughout Inauguration weekend.
