In early February, Metro notified customers of a MetroAlert/Text My MTPD outage that we hoped to quickly resolve. Unfortunately, the vendor has been unable to restore either system. While we focus on a permanent solution to restore notifications, we encourage you to use MetroPulse and call 202-962-2121 for MTPD Assistance. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience.
